We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters! Effective April 1, 2025, the our new address will be 2001 Beach Street, Suite 400, Fort Worth, TX 76103.
After nearly 20 years at 951 W 7th Street in downtown Fort Worth, we are moving just east of the city’s central business district. The relocation supports our continued expansion and need for larger, more functional space.
“Our growth in recent years has been tremendous, and we have simply outgrown our current office. This move ensures that we have the space necessary to effectively support our current team, as well as future expansion,” said Bob Benda, CEO of Westwood Contractors. We will occupy the entire fourth floor of the Chase Bank building, increasing our office space by over 60%. The new space will feature modern interior finishes and enhanced collaborative areas designed to foster teamwork and innovation.
Throughout our 42-year history, Westwood Contractors has benefited from the visibility and convenience of its downtown Fort Worth presence. In selecting our new headquarters, we sought a space that would offer many of the same advantages. After an extensive strategic search, the new location was chosen based on several key priorities:
- Commute Convenience: The new office is less than four miles from the current location, ensuring a seamless transition for employees. Situated at the southeast corner of I-30 and Beach Street, it provides easy access to major thoroughfares and DFW International Airport while avoiding the increasing congestion of downtown Fort Worth.
- Room to Grow: The larger office supports the company’s long-term strategic expansion and allows for additional team members as the business continues to grow. The new headquarters allows for a more efficient and organized layout, reducing workspace constraints and improving overall productivity. As Westwood continues to grow, the expanded office will serve as a foundation for greater innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Modern Amenities: Designed to reflect our “One Westwood” philosophy while inspiring and energizing employees, the newly renovated space includes a larger conference room, additional meeting areas, private offices, open workspaces, and a spacious breakroom—all with contemporary finishes and sweeping views of downtown Fort Worth. While the new location retains many of the advantages of the previous headquarters, it also features a unique mural that pays homage to classic Fort Worth, seamlessly blending modern functionality with the city’s rich heritage.
- Enhanced Parking and Security: Employees will benefit from reserved covered parking spaces, access to general building parking, and on-site security personnel, ensuring a safer and more convenient workplace.

The move is being carefully planned to minimize disruptions to daily operations. Please note that our office will close at 12pm on Friday, March 28th for our move.
