We're looking for outstanding people to join our Project Management team! We are currently seeking qualified individuals with experience in commercial construction projects. These full-time positions will be located in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters and in Charleston, SC.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring Westwood’s delivery of quality construction services to our clients by effectively managing projects assigned to you. It is expected that assigned projects will be completed on time and within approved budget, ensuring the client’s expectations and Westwood’s financial objectives are met. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and practices to support the company’s mission, vision, and core values are key responsibilities to be successful in this role. The Project Manager will provide clear, concise, and timely written and verbal communication to both internal and external contacts.
This position manages multiple construction projects starting from bid award and project team assignment, through final project closeout as well as managing any required services to be provided by the company during the project’s warranty period.
Summary of Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management OR an Associate's degree with extensive work experience directly managing construction projects is required.
- Project Management Certification is highly preferred
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management working with multiple trades.
