During his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, effective communication, and a remarkable ability to navigate complex project challenges, all of which have made him a pivotal member of the team. Matt has played a critical role in the successful execution of several high-profile projects, including those for Mango, Amazon, Planet Fitness, Helzberg, Kohler, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. His proactive and methodical approach has consistently yielded exemplary results, positioning him as a leader capable of assuming greater responsibilities. His expanded duties will include comprehensive management and financial oversight of projects, fostering the development of talent within the organization through mentorship and supervision, and a more direct involvement in bid package review, subcontractor negotiation, and in-house take-offs.
Matt holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nevada. His academic credentials, combined with his extensive industry experience, underscore his value to our company and its ongoing success.
